Hello @StuF hope everything goes well with your treatment team. I'm doing a new practice for 40 minutes a day blocking out all external stimuli so I can have greater awareness. I have an old eye cover as well as ear plugs now so see what comes of it. Should be interesting what outcomes it has for me
@TAB hopefully you'll get TV to work properly. The technology these days is not the same as yesteryear. My parents had an old german Blaupunkt TV that lasted so long it wasnt funny. It was a huge1970's style wooden box with glass screen. We thought it was technological advancement when you just touched the numbers to change channel. It was just like magic you did not have to press them down lol

parents hung onto their first tv 20 years at least . ok channel changer wore out and reception crap prob pushed them over the line ..to get a colour one .. @Former-Member lol ..
