@Bunniekins it's an anxiety, ptsd thing, if I've been talking in detail about experiences I had at work or I have an appointment that's giving me anxiety, I'll have trouble sleeping / staying asleep. Kind of like a kid on the night before Christmas, but without the excitement.

@Bunniekins I'm glad your daughter is asleep, I hate it when the kids are sick, seeing them so fatigued, a shadow of their usual self, you're a good mum.

@Bunniekins that's lovely of you to offer to listen, I would crack a joke and say I'm not losing any sleep over it, but that's not true. I'll have a nap during the day. I hope you manage to reclaim some of your lost sleep

@Sparky79 hopefully ill nap later too but will tell ex not to come over as i dont want him catching the virus either so will have a quiet day afterall.
