Without checking BOM I can tell you it's going to rain. Mr MM has been washing behind his ears. Every time a cat washes behind its ears it means rain's a comin'.
Now before you chuckle at my old wives' tale, it is a proven indicator. Cats' ears are sensitive to changes in air pressure so they "wash" behind their ears for comfort.
