Good idea @TAB I've just been using color therapy (chromotherapy) to get rid of the sluggishness. Its been really good for my emotional wellbeing. The effects are subtle yet powerful. I would have normally just been pushing myself through until midday to feel a bit better on a day like today. Who would have thought? It seems to work. Might move my main meal until lunchtime as late meals at night do nothing for my chi cycle routine

Keep up with it @TAB there are always small things we can do to make us feel better. I might go for another walk soon. Are you up for a walk today do you think?

Its very difficult to get going with health deficits @TAB. I just try and do my health stuff when I can and don't stick to rigorous schedules. It would be nice otherwise but moving with your body and not against it makes it a whole lot easier instead of doing what you think you ought to be doing. I don't be a hard taskmaster on myself. If I don't exercise I hop on the Zenchi machine.
