Hey @Sunnyside226 sounds like it's a hard day today. Is there anything that helps you to feel comforted when you're crying? I know I like to wrap myself up in a blanket and squeeze a shuishmallow or a cushion

Did you want to talk about what's making you feel like this today @Sunnyside226, would that be helpful?
yesterday
Yeh sure @Ru-bee
In the coming weeks there is lots of changes happening I'm stressing to the max of everything many things are happening I'm alone in it.
A childhood memorie come up with dad.
8 weeks it's my mum birthday she's not alive. I still celebrate it ( please don't judge)
@Ru-bee I'm not strong to do this alone
yesterday
Hey @Sunnyside226 that's a lot to be managing at once. Trying to get through these changes, while having these reminders of your parents sounds like it's bringing up some really strong emotions, which is really understandable.
I would never judge for celebrating your mum's birthday, I think that's a beautiful thing to do.
I hope that you can feel a little less alone in this with us here on the forums, we've got your back through this.
