Hey @Sunnyside226 what are you feeling you need to apologise for? I haven't noticed you do anything that you might need to say sorry for 🙂

Yeah @Ru-bee
This week I've been a little down
I'm feeling many things this week I didn't really want to leave the house I just wanted to stay in one place.
I feel empty
Sad a burden hopeless
This anxiety I have this week it's been hard I feel anxiety sick I've never felt this. Before
I feel trapped with 500 things in my head (since that person left)
I'm a little embarrassed to say I have butterflies in my tummy ( please nobody judge that) @Ru-bee that's a little bit of it feel free to edit anything if I've messed up the rules
🖤

I'm sorry to hear you've been feeling anxious and down this week @Sunnyside226
It's hard when we feel those physical feelings of anxiety isn't it? It can feel like we're sick or like our stomach is churning.
Is there anything that you like to do when you're feeling down, something that helps you to feel a little better? Have you been drawing?
I'm also hearing that you're wanting to connect and chat about this which is great. I'm glad you've been able to share here and I want to offer some more supports in case it would feel helpful to connect with someone to have a one-on-one conversation: You can always give SANE a call on 1800 187 263, or you could get in touch with Beyond Blue

@Ru-bee yeh I've never had butterflies in my tummy before. Been anxious is top for me atm. Body feels different
I honestly don't know why I have anxiety I think it's to do with people leaving building a connection with her I'll be honest without being rude or disrespectful please don't feel this is at you or anyone in sane because it's NOT
I don't really open up to females. The one female I spoke to for 2 years left I felt like I could be honest and open now she's left I feel in the garbage
I don't want to build a relationship with someone else for it to fall out again
yes I've been drawing. I got some new ones I draw today then I ripped it up
If you're comfy in answering have you had anxiety before @Ru-bee
Calling sane I've never done that before what are they like? Can you talk about anything or do you have to tell them why you called?
Sorry for raming this out.

That experience of opening up to someone and then having that connection end would be really, really hard @Sunnyside226
The SANE phone lines have counsellors and peer workers who are really lovely. You could definitely talk to them about your feelings of anxiety, or what you're feeling about this person who has left your life recently. Having that time to talk might help by just letting it out, or you could get some handy coping skills too
I do experience anxiety, I feel it a lot in my body, like butterflies in my stomach like you described, or like a strange feeling that something's wrong. It can make it hard to relax sometimes can't it, when you have such an uncomfortable feeling.
