Re: COVID19 - Unpacking fact vs fiction! + Self Care Strategies

still recovering from the weekend, just woke up exhausted.  of course i think i caught something.  still haven't been to the chemist to get my script that i could have done the other day, i skipped a day and it's not fun.

so will have to do it tomorrow, odds are it's not likely im carrying anything seeing i don't fit the criteria for testing, and out of those that do it was less than 1pc of tests.

trying to sort myself out with my hobby, way off my game and it just bugs me that im floundering and won;t be as good as others, feel too dropkick-ish   got into an argument online and that bugged me.. stuff i was going to do in jan just keeps getting pushed back. ..things can only get better.

want to veg out in front of a movie but i'll probably be working on stuff, so might fit some music in

cup of tea and mafs, so rock n roll.

one thing i really enjoy is cooking, it's cheap, challenging, fun, you learn a lot and people enjoy it. cooking with friends is also good.
