Sometimes close relationships are so tricky aren't they @Shaz51 . I'm doing my best to move forward today - lost the last week in dealing with my brothers' outburst. Can't let it knock me into depression like it did for a few days there. If I want to continue here I simply have to make more of an effort in a visible way. But I can also see the advantages of eventually moving to a place by myself.
Hope you're taking good care of yourself along with everyone else dear one. Nice to hear you've been able to rest today. Lots of love xoxo

They are tricky sometimes @eth
And because of Mr shaz bipolar 2 it makes it harder as he takes our customers saying to hearth too
And it was hard on Thursday at the doctors as Mr shaz saw bi polar 1 on the script and also he has to get a new script for his anti depressants every month now

So much for you to manage @Shaz51 He must've got a bit of a shock seeing bp1 instead of bp2. I recently saw schizophrenia on one of my scripts. Had to wait to ask my psychiatrist about it. She said I don't have it, I have bp1 which I knew, but that's what the particular med is often used for. But until I could speak to her all sorts of things went through my head. Mainly why no Dr had ever told me. I was so relieved when I found out the explanation.

Me too @Shaz51 It's not that any is especially worse than another, just that you learn about and learn to manage in terms of what they label you once it seems correct. Does that make sense?

Does make sense @eth
Mr shaz want to take them all the time now, before he used to stop an start which was not good but now he is worried about the weight he is putting on

It's good that he's staying consistent about taking them imo @Shaz51 That's the only way the Dr can really see if they're right for him or not. Mine make me gain weight too, so I have to be pretty disciplined about not eating too much. Sweet treats are my weakness. But also doing regular exercise (hard for me but Mr Shaz probably gets his with the type of work you do) helps a lot. Managing to stay around the same weight since covid started mid-march feels like an achievement. There's a med they can put you on that changes insulin response and helps not gain so steadily (well it has for me).
