How do you feel about Reasons to Stay Alive by Matt Haig?
People really seem to love it.
I am considering it, but I am hoping it's not going to make any assumptions about who or what you already have in life. A lot of people say that they were considering suicide, but they thought about all their friends or the love of their life.
Yeah, it's obviously a lot easier if you have a support network, but that doesn't apply to me.
Is his advice kind of universal in that regard, or is he mostly talking about his own experience?

Re: How do you feel about Reasons to Stay Alive by Matt Haig?
@Former-Member I haven’t read the book, I just googled it and read the write up about it.
I’m presuming he’s talking about his own life, as he talks about his experiences with depression, and having moved through and beyond, but I only read a very short review.
I agree, having support network is helpful, and I’m sorry you don’t have that.
I hope you are ok.
