Just to let everyone know, if you wish to continue any of the discussion points that were open on tonight's Topic Tuesday, I have made them as individual discussion threads.

You can view all three discussion questions in the "Looking After Ourselves" discussion topic.

I think these topics can grow to be a great resource for our carer members to access, so I encourage you to keep discussing!! You guys all have such good advice and feedback.
